The Ask: Friday Health Plans updated their health insurance plans to include benefits that more people would actually use, including free mental health and primary care visits. We were asked to spread the word about these new benefits to increase enrollment.

The Idea: Create a campaign around getting the benefits you actually want. (Turns out, free mental health was pretty important to us in 2020).

With the year we had, there were bound to be plenty of stress-worthy headlines. So our digital approach was to write headlines highlighting Friday’s free mental health visits that would catch people in the moments they needed it the most.
