The Westerra Culture Book

 

The Ask: Introduce Westerra Credit Union’s fresh mission, vision, and values in a way that encourages employees to adopt this new company culture.

The Idea: Changing an internal company culture only happens with authentic participation, so we made a book that requires it. Fold outs, connect-the-dots, and other interactive devices were employed to get the Westerra team eager to absorb their new ethos.
